Welcome to The Woman with the Kite.
I’m Esther, a painter, poet, holistic health practitioner and mother of a highly sensitive child, a woman who found her way back after complex PTSD.
This blog is my space. A place where I write about what it means to be highly sensitive in a world that often feels too loud. About how I teach my child that sensitivity is not a weakness, but a strength. About the inner journey of healing, through spirituality, holistic medicine, therapy, art, and the deep, often painful, yet beautiful process of learning to trust yourself again.
The Woman with the Kite is a symbol of me, a woman who turns her wounds into wind, her stories into string, and lets her hope rise like a kite.
Here, I share my art, my poetry, my insights, and my victories.
Maybe you’ll see yourself reflected here.
Maybe you, too, feel the wind.
